Acts Two Service Registration Form

A separate form must be filled out for every member of your family that will be attending service on Sabbath. Once your form is submitted you will receive confirmation email Friday evening with further instructions.

At this moment, we strongly advise that children 11 years and younger, seniors 65 years and older and those who have health conditions that may make them particularly vulnerable to getting infected, stay home and join our online stream.

Please note:
Mask will be mandatory for the duration of the service.
There will be no Sabbath school or childrens programs at this time.
